PRE-TOUR PLANNING: - Assist in all phases of planning an organized group tour.
- Provide brochures, maps, and other collateral for transportation, attractions, restaurants, and touring.
- Sample the available one day or multi-day itineraries, or request customized itineraries developed to fit your group's needs. Special itineraries designed around specific events are found in "What's New" on our homepage.
- Assist with accommodations appropriate for your group, distribute specific information to hotels, provide proposals, and coordinate site tours.
- Information about motorcoach parking, directions, and services.

FAMILIARIZATION TOURS:
Familiarization tours can be arranged to promote Albany and the Capital Region to tour planners. Please contact Albany County Convention & Visitors Bureau to plan a schedule that meets your group's needs.
