Fort Orange Brewing

Housed in a former warehouse, Fort Orange Brewing is Albany's largest taproom. The welcoming space is full of industrial charm, complete with twinkle lights! The microbrewery's rotating tap list features a variety of beers from blueberry sours, to coconut porters, to peanut butter stouts. Throughout the week, Fort Orange Brewing often hosts trivia nights, food trucks, yoga classes and even a cornhole league. Grab beers to go with cans, crowlers and growlers. 

The Real McCoy Beer Co.

20 Hallwood Rd, Delmar, NY 12054
Established in 2015, The Real McCoy Beer Co. is Delmar's first nano craft brewery. As a small batch New York State Farm Brewery, 20% of the brewery's ingredients are grown in New York State including hops sourced from local growers in Albany County and beyond! The taproom, located near Four Corners, often hosts pop ups with Suburban Kitchen. On warmer days, relax on one of the many picnic tables outside of the taproom's doors while enjoying beers ranging from the Delmartian New England IPA, to Empire Red Ale, to Bravo Whisky Sour. Cans are also available to go. 

Fidens Brewing Company

Fidens Brewing Company has recently moved from their Colonie location to a new taproom in Albany's warehouse district. Fidens hope this new location will allow for a welcoming community space. Bye-i Brewing

Located in Cohoes, Bye-i Brewing is nestled on the newly revitalized Remsen Street. The craft brewery specializes in "aromatic ales & IPAs with a flavor twist". Find unique flavors such as 131 Hab (Habanero) Pale Ale, "1 In A Melon" Wheat Beer, BoozeBerry Blonde or Nutz N' Jam Porter on tap. The brewery frequently partners with nearby Cohoes restaurants such as Cafe Monocle and Joe's Tavern to offer an array of food options to patrons. 

CH Evans Brewing at the Albany Pump Station

CH Evans Brewing at the Albany Pump Station has been a downtown Albany staple for over 20 years. Located in the original water pumping station for Albany Water Works, the craft brewery and restaurant serves up delicious bites and beers in an industrial, but still cozy, atmosphere. Find beers on tap with an Albany-twist such as Skyway Sour, or Quackenbush Kolsch. Take your favorite ales home in a to-go crowler or growler! 

Helderberg Mountain Brewing Company​

Nestled in the Helderberg Hilltown of Berne, Helderberg Mountain Brewing Company is a New York State farm licensed brewery. The brewery prides itself on supporting New York agriculture with most of its handcrafted, small batch beer containing between 90% to 100% New York malt and hops. Several of the brewery's beers including the Blonde Ale, Wheat Ale, Hefeweizen, Pale Ale, Amber Ale, and IPA are made from 100% New York ingredients. Both the tap room and the large outdoor pavilion are pet-friendly! The tap room hosts a monthly fundraiser where $1 from every pint of "For Paws Porter™" sold is donated to a different Animal Rescue, Veterans Group, or Non-Profit Organization. 

The Warbler Brewery

The Warbler Brewery opened in Delmar at the end of 2020. The brewery has a spacious taproom to savor beers on tap and offers curbside pickup for 4-packs or crowlers to enjoy at home. Raise a glass of the Warbler Pale Ale, the brewery's flagship ale, or for something a little bit different try the Squeech Blackberry, a tart ale brewed with blackberry puree and vanilla. Shirts, hoodies, glasses and stickers are also available.

Mixed Breed Brewing

Mixed Breed Brewing, located in Guilderland, is one of Albany County's newest breweries, opened in 2021. Mixed Breed Brewing is "created for individuals who enjoy brewing, drinking, and celebrating the diversity of beer, life, and the friendships it creates." The brewery has a variety of beers available including a New England IPA, stout, double IPA and more. Support the new brewery by purchasing merch such as tee shirts, caps, sweatshirts, beanies and more! 

Indian Ladder Farms Cidery & Brewery

342 Altamont Rd, Altamont, NY 12009
Indian Ladder Farms Cidery & Brewery specializes in "farm to glass" cider and beer. Located on the popular 100-year-old family-owned Indian Ladder Farms, ILFCB is dedicated to the farm-to-table movement. The beer is produced using hops and malting barley grown onsite as well as from other local farms. Swing by the Tasting Room to savor beers on tap such as Bootleg Lawn Darts, a West Coast-Style IPA, or Indian Lager Farms, an Estate Helles Lager. Make plans to sip on beer and enjoy a bite to eat at the outdoor Biergarten, a local hot spot especially during the autumn months. Grab and go 4-packs and crowlers are also available for pickup in the Bottle Shop. 

Table 41 Brewing

Table 41 Brewing, situated on the revitalized Remsen Street in Cohoes, is a community-focused brewery aiming to make "beer personal." Stop by the tasting room to enjoy small batch beers and delicious eats. Beers currently on tap include Eviction, an experimental Bavarian IPA, and Mona Lisa, a raspberry white chocolate stout. The brewery also serves up burgers, mac and cheese, wings, salads and more. 

Druthers Brewing Company

Druthers, a cornerstone in Albany's Warehouse District, is a household name in the Capital Region.
