In 1904 and 1905, the City of Albany transformed into an enchanted Halloween Dreamland, hosting a grand and spirited All-Hallow E'en Carnival. Over 100 years later, Discover Albany has assembled a team of partners dedicated to resurrecting the Halloween Festival into a month-long celebration. The revived festival showcases Albany’s diverse talent through public art, community events, dramatic tours, historical exhibitions, and the Halloween House Ball.
